Procedure of the Waste Recycling Project

• The cutting machine will cut off the hard waste into small pieces, enabling recycling at a high capacity
• The piano hard waste opening machine will tear and loosen the yarn and hard waste properly
• OPENER 600mm diameter are loosen and opens the waste again, for combing it

• 250mm diameter will cleaning and combing the fiber enable get the final fiber for o/e standard
• The dust fan will clean out and remove all of the textile dust when shredding and combing.
• The back conveyor will pick up all of the unopened material again, feeding into the recycling machinery to avoid loss.
• The dust filter will collect all of the textile dust from the recycling machine, keeping the working shop clean. (if you need)
• The hydraulic baling press will pack the finished fiber as bales automatically after recycling.
• The electric panel (touch or switch) will control the line on/off.
